In order to meet the growing demand for multi-core sheathed wire orders from clients, Dianhang Technology has continuously increased investment, upgraded equipment, and optimized production capacity structure. In May, a new batch of 800 type anti twist cantilever single twisting cable forming machines was added, bringing the total number of cable forming machines and cage twisting machines to 12. In June, two more cage twisting anti twisting machines will be added, rapidly improving the multi-core wire assembly capacity.
This batch of cable forming machines is suitable for high-speed assembly of various core wires and core wire pairs, with a production efficiency twice that of traditional rotary frame cable forming machines. The winding tension is maintained at a constant tension from the empty reel to the full reel. This means that operators can complete production tasks faster and improve delivery efficiency.
The cable forming machine is controlled through both mechanical and electrical linkage, ensuring excellent synchronization performance of the unit, more accurate and stable twisting distance, and improving the consistency of the process technology, allowing customers to use it with more confidence and higher processing efficiency.
The cable winding machine adopts computer calculation of the spacing, and the winding reel moves back and forth in a straight line in the box with the spacing, making the wiring more neat, reducing the cross crushing of the assembled wires, and improving the quality of wire assembly.
The cable forming machine is equipped with a high-speed winding machine, which provides a solution for shielding winding of multi-core composite wires. The high-speed winding machine has better shielding effect and smoother wrapping, providing better guarantee for stable transmission of wire signals.
The cable forming machine adopts coated wire passing wheels throughout the process, and the wires will not be scratched on the smooth guide wheels due to friction. After assembly, high-frequency spark machine testing is used, and online testing is adopted to pursue zero defects and improve customer satisfaction.
