Weight loss activities
In order to promote a healthy lifestyle among electronic aviation professionals, we started a one month weight loss campaign on April 25th. Everyone actively participated and signed up enthusiastically, and their enthusiasm exceeded imagination.
Everyone has different ways of losing weight. Many people engage in specialized high-intensity exercise in the fitness center of Electronic Aviation. Some people enjoy running or cycling outdoors, while others choose to practice yoga or aerobics at home to exercise their bodies. No matter which method is chosen, it requires everyone to put in effort and sweat, and develop good eating and sleeping habits.
As time passed, everyone began to gradually see results. Losing weight not only affects our appearance and health, but also concerns our inner satisfaction and happiness. In this process, we have gained a healthy physique and a strong inner confidence. We often see everyone's exercise scenes on our social media and WeChat groups. We share our sports achievements, support and encourage each other, and urge each other to progress together. In our work and life, we balance work and rest, and maintain a balance between tension and relaxation.
On the day after the event, we tested our weight loss results, and everyone was proud of their efforts and persistence. The subsequent award ceremony recognized the outstanding performance of employees in weight loss activities, as well as all employees who successfully lost weight.Weight loss activities have always been a characteristic and meaningful activity of Electronic Aviation. It not only encourages and motivates participants to achieve their weight loss goals, but also strongly proves the self-discipline and action ability of Electronic Aviation people themselves.
