Carry out implementation

As of now, Electric Aviation has carried out the development and implementation of the first phase of the WMS warehouse management system process. The WMS system will adopt barcode based, mobile, and visual technologies to achieve automation and efficiency in warehouse management. By using this system, we can better track and manage inventory, improve order processing speed and accuracy; At the same time, the system can also provide real-time data analysis and report generation functions, helping us to identify problems in a timely manner and make corresponding adjustments.

Continuous upgrade

In the implementation process of the second phase MES project, we will further improve the digitization of the production management process. By introducing intelligent devices and sensors, automatic dispatching, management and allocation of raw materials and semi-finished products, real-time production tracking and alarm can be achieved to ensure the safety and quality of goods. The long-term plan of Electronic Aviation is to integrate CRM, ERP, WMS, MES, and AGV, enabling them to operate in synergy and form a digitalized and intelligent operation factory.

Electric Aviation continuously improves production and inventory management standards, and the introduction of a production management system will help to further enhance our production efficiency and quality, timely identify and address potential issues, and bring customers higher standards and higher quality cable products.
