In November, Dianhang held a grand employee skills competition, which included three competition events: copper twisting, extrusion of electronic wires, and extrusion of sheathed wires.
A swearing in ceremony was held before the competition, and everyone was ready to take action. This competition aims to compete in terms of operational standards, skill proficiency, work efficiency, and more. The judges solemnly swear that they will uphold fairness and impartiality in the competition.
The competition began, and the colleagues in the workshop demonstrated their superb skill levels. They are skilled in their techniques, precise in their operations, and every move is so effortless and confident. Their skills and sweat have presented us with a wonderful production scene.
After intense competition, the top three teams from the twisted copper group, electronic wire group, and sheath group were born. Their joy and sense of achievement were beyond words, and they received their honorary awards amidst everyone's warm applause.
This workshop skills competition is an important event for our company, which not only showcases our skill level but also enhances our team cohesion. Let us better understand the principle that practice makes perfect - only through continuous practice can we achieve the state of excellence.
